We are employees of Chicago restaurants, bars and cafes, big and small. We are food handlers, servers, bartenders, line cooks, dishwashers, baristas and bussers. We are united around the call for our safety needs to be taken seriously by the City of Chicago as it prepares to reopen restaurants. Our organization is building a base of grassroots support for Chicago restaurant workers person by person. We set goals, plan actions, and provide a platform for all workers to contribute to our agenda. We use our presence online to bring attention to our demands and promote our mission.
