A Chin youth-led organization that aims to cultivate and empower emerging leaders by providing opportunities, educational resources, and training to best serve underrepresented communities.

Cultivated Chin leaders who are active civic participants, equipped to organize BIPOC communities and able to self-advocate for a more equitable future.

Vision

To nurture and empower the development of (but not exclusive to) Chin youth by providing opportunities, educational resources, and training in order to mobilize them to become advocates who can organize in historically underrepresented communities.
