The mission statement for the Citrus County Education Association (CCEA) is to negotiate and implement working conditions for employees of the Citrus County School system eligible for membership in the Citrus County Education Association, through the development and maintenance of a collective bargaining agreement. CCEA strives to advance the economic, social and political well-being of the membership. CCEA encourages mutual understanding and cooperation among the membership. CCEA strives to promote and further the professional development of the employees of the Citrus County Schools. We promote and communicate the FEA legislative agenda.
