Defunding APD, Refunding the Community. DARC is a campaign of the Atlanta Democratic Socialists of America (ATL DSA) dedicated to the goal of Defunding the Atlanta Police Department (APD) and Refunding Communities. We call for transferring resources and decision-making power back to the community, divesting from APD by reinvesting into public services, and re-envisioning public safety in the city of Atlanta.
