As a proud Hispanic immigrant, Debbie Mucarsel-Powell is a passionate advocate for our community. For the last twenty years, Debbie has worked to help non-profits improve higher education and health care for our students and seniors. Debbie experienced gun violence when her father was brutally murdered on the street. In the State Legislature, Debbie will work to ensure that our public schools provide our kids with a great education, that our environment is clean and our streets and homes are safe from gun violence.
