Who We Are:

End Hochul’s Hoax is a campaign to end the current plan for the neighborhood surrounding Penn Station. We are a coalition of homeowners, renters, business owners, and residents that want better for the Penn neighborhood and for New York.

Over the past several years we have engaged in direct action, legislative advocacy, lawsuits, and other means of organizing to try and stop the current plan for Penn.

Our Goals:

• Stop the current project plan for the Penn neighborhood.

• Begin negotiations for a new plan. Force ESD, Hochul, and the developer Vornado back to the table.

• A plan that includes more Affordable Housing.

• A process that is transparent and gives the community much more input.

• Use this as a case study to propose reforms to Empire State Development (ESD), the PACB, and the GPP approval process.
