Being questioned on social media about a specific point: Restore Wetlands

Many of these issues can be googled and you can check them for yourselves. Spoon feeding each individual to perfection costs a lot on activists energy and time. And it silences many good activists.

The goal of this questioning is often not because the person lives in the local area and would take contact with the local politician, the goal is to silence the activist and other alike, making social media an uncomfortable place for all.

We can all see throughout Sweden that wetlands, both at sea level and on any reasonable size hill. They are a part of the natural culture and part of the system to create ground water.

Most if not every road divides them and after building a road the environmental law requires them to put a little hole in the ground with a bit water as a replacement. Not at all the care needed to ensure we and nature can live together well.

Shall we instead put the job on these people who seem to be occupied with going after activists, to prove there is not wetlands to be restored?

In the end, one can only hope that they go out and start fixing their local area.

Global Warming versus Climate Change Propaganda (Was this also homicide?)
'Although (Frank) Luntz later tried to distance himself from the Bush administration policy, it was his idea that administration communications reframe global warming as climate change since "climate change" was thought to sound less severe.'

'"The scientific debate is closing [against us] but not yet closed. There is still a window of opportunity to challenge the science," Mr (Frank) Luntz writes in the memo, obtained by the Environmental Working Group, a Washington-based campaigning organisation.

"Voters believe that there is no consensus about global warming within the scientific community. Should the public come to believe that the scientific issues are settled, their views about global warming will change accordingly.

"Therefore, you need to continue to make the lack of scientific certainty a primary issue in the debate."

The phrase "global warming" should be abandoned in favour of "climate change", Mr Luntz says, and the party should describe its policies as "conservationist" instead of "environmentalist", because "most people" think environmentalists are "extremists" who indulge in "some pretty bizarre behaviour... that turns off many voters".

Words such as "common sense" should be used, with pro-business arguments avoided wherever possible.

The environment, the memo says, "is probably the single issue on which Republicans in general - and President Bush in particular - are most vulnerable".'

Therefore they cannot, without failing their calling, teach what contradicts their conscience”.

They knew that there are lines no government must ever cross.'
