First Nations Action Network

The First Nations Action Network collaborates with First Nations communities and allies to mobilise community support for First Nations socio-economic campaigns.

Building on the largest campaign in Australian history, the 2023 Voice Referendum, the First Nations Action Network continues to strive for First Nations self-determination with the 6.2+ million people who voted Yes, as well as those others who are committed to the interests of First Nations peoples.

The First Nations Action Network's advocacy is inclusive of Australia’s pre-colonial history, the frontier wars, all of it’s civil rights movements and it’s more contemporary domestic and international relationships.

Both First Nations and non-Indigenous people are looking for greater understanding - an alternative way of knowing and doing. Never before have so many Australians been engaged, with over 60,000+ volunteers contributing during the referendum.

The First Nations Action Network aim is to nurture relationships and build community capability, while embedding cultural integrity moving forward.

Despite First Nations issues being of a political nature, the First Nations Action Network is non-partisan.
