The Fort Bend Employee Federation, in alliance with the Texas American Federation of Teaches and the national AFT, works to improve the educational and professional world of school employees. As a part of the labor movement we address issues that affect pay, benefits, and working conditions of our members create a better workplace for all those employees who enhance and nurture the lives of children in Fort Bend ISD.
