The Coalition is a non-profit organization whose mission is to create the data, advocacy, fundraising, and organizing necessary to found the world’s first credit union offering specialized services for LGBTQ consumers and businesses.

Its vision is the creation of fair and equal financial services which can offer the LGBTQ community, and its allies, more culturally-competent and relevant products, procedures, and staff than those which are currently available at mainstream banks, thrifts, and credit unions.

The Coalition is fiscally sponsored project of the Bay Area Leather Alliance, a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
