The group aims at promoting gender equality, ending forms of discrimination committed against women and Girls, providing support to grassroots women and Girls groups, tackling violence against women and Girls , creating opportunities of inclusion to women and Girls living with disabilities as well as promoting literacy and vocational trainings among women and Grils.  

The group has its headquarters in Kazimia-Centre, FIZI territory, South-Kivu province in the Democratic republic of Congo.
