New Day Pacifica (NDP) is a group of members of the Pacifica Foundation, concerned with the serious issues facing the Foundation and other independent media. Pacifica board dysfunction and the inability or unwillingness to deal effectively with our continuing deficits and growing debt threaten Pacifica's continued existence. We recognize an urgent need for effective governance to deal with those issues, and are working for Bylaws reform to establish such improved governance for Pacifica to make sure that the Pacifica mission continues.
