We are a coalition of individuals, block associations, and organizations in Hamilton Heights-West Harlem, Washington Heights, and Inwood, who are opposed to Congressman Adriano Espaillat's request to Congress to change our uptown neighborhood names to "Quisqueya Heights." We are a diverse community that celebrates each neighborhood's rich history and culture imbued in its present names.
