We are a group of concerned parents, educators, and community members that are eager to Reimagine GRPS with district leaders, but realizing that there needs to be a fresh approach to the structure and talent to truly transform our school district.

Reimagined GRPS leadership:

-Needs a Director of Safety with the social and emotional skills needed to have positive working relationships and to create an updated safety plan where mental health, or heart-ware, is core to creating a safe school environment.

-Needs a Chief of Staff with strengths in human resources and team building. Someone that has a degree in education administration, experience in the classroom, and bilingual is preferred.

-Needs a contract management professional focused on creating and excellent experience through full parent/caregiver, student, and teacher engagement on setting expectation and evaluation of service.
