The Polish Hill Civic Association is a non-profit founded in 1969 to serve Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania's historic Polish Hill neighborhood. Our mission is to respect and preserve the sense of community in Polish Hill while promoting economic and housing development opportunities, and improving the quality of life for our community.
