The mission of the OKC DSA Queer Liberation Working Group (QLWG) is to foster community and provide resources for queer people in the OKC metro. The work of QLWG has included a broad range of projects such as lobbying at the capitol, creating zines, providing medical standby support at community events/protests, and hosting social events and resource fairs.

We believe that both the economy and society should be run democratically to meet human needs, not to make profits for a few. We are a political and activist organization, not a party; through community-based chapters DSA members use a variety of tactics to empower working people.
