Bulga State Forest is on Biripi country and lies approximately 1 1/2hrs north of Taree and 2hrs west of Port Macquarie on NSW’s MidCoast.
Bulga Forest contains vital, high quality koala habitat and is adjacent to the Biriwal-Bulga National Park which was extremely damaged in the 2019/20 bushfires.

WHAT WE WANT

1. To give surviving koalas in Bulga State Forest the opportunity to recover and breed.

2. Have compartments 47, 50, 51 gazetted as part of Biriwal-Bulga National Park.
