Step Up is a leader in the movement to end high school drop out rates and the break the cycle of poverty. This past school year 98% of all Step Up seniors graduated high school --- compared to a national average of 73%. 

We believe ending the high school dropout crisis depends on mentorship. Step Up inspires professional women to inspire teen girls through after-school and mentorship programs.
