Survivors Know is an organization that works at the intersection of survivor justice and worker organizing. We believe that the status quo will only shift when survivors of sexual harassment organize and build the power to win structural change in workplaces.

We advance a broad and inclusive vision of worker organizing, which spans sectors and geographies, and recognizes that race, gender identity, and immigration status must shape strategies and tactics because survivors are whole, unique human beings.

We are an organization created very consciously across lines of race, gender identity, geography, job sector, and ideology.

Our goal is to change the landscape by building the power of experts: Survivors of Sexual Violence.
