It's time for trade agreements that work for working people. No more trumped up trade deals that only serve to empower corporations.

We are fighting for:

• Trade deals that include strong, enforceable labor and environmental standards
• No more rights for multinational corporations to sue governments over policies such as Wall Street regulations and climate change protections before a panel of three corporate lawyers, bypassing the domestic court system. There is no appeal and no limit on how much taxpayers can be forced to pay.
• Transparent negotiations. Eliminate advisory boards where corporate lobbyists advise trade negotiators behind closed doors and allow the public to give input on negotiating positions. Release drafts at regular intervals during the negotiation process.
