Fearless Student Employees is the unrecognized grad union of the University of Maryland, College Park. We're fighting for better working conditions, collective bargaining rights, and a more just university for all higher-ed workers in Maryland. The University of Maryland, with the support of the state of Maryland, have been denying grad workers their rights as workers for decades, while enforcing low wages that are completely out of sync with the cost of living in the DMV area. We're here to change that!
