The people and churches of the Baltimore-Washington Conference put their faith and love into action in the on-going work of racial justice. They continue to embrace the words of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., that "Power at its best is love implementing the demands of justice, and justice at its best is power correcting everything that stands against love."

In the recent aftermath of even more police killings of unarmed Black people, compounded by centuries of racism and white supremacy, we cry out for racial justice now.
