The TCUP in Texas has a chance to help address the opioid crisis in Texas to include issues the state is facing with fentanyl. This expansion will add chronic pain in which an opioid would be typically prescribed, change the THC cap to volumetric dosing of 10mg, and as the bill is written now, allow DSHS to add conditions through an administrative process.
