Ask Governor Murphy to Postpone The In-Person Reopening of Schools Until It is Safe for Students & School Employees

Over 70 Locals of the Bergen County Education Association, after countless hours of advocacy and pushback; discussion and debate; multi-layered teleconferences and one-to-one conversations, formed a consensus that schools should only open for in-person instruction when the safety and well-being of all students and staff can be assured. We are asking BCEA Members to email Governor Phil Murphy, asking him to postpone the in-person reopening of schools until it is safe for students and school employees.
