It has a 60 day comment period. Then it goes over to the Administrative Bureau where they review ALL of the comments that were submitted to the agency that submitted the action for it to become a rule. In this case it’s the NYS Department of health.

Once the administrative bureau receives the proposed rule and all of the supporting comments/documents from the DOH it will get signed in as a rule for New York State.

…The rule holds as much weight as law…

The two proposed rules that they are submitting will give them ultimate control and power to make whatever guidelines they want to quarantine people, possibly in quarantine camps, similar to Australia and continue the masking and vaccine mandates and all of that other stuff that we don’t want to be forced to do.

We are worried that the New York State Department of Health gets emails in opposition and doesn’t forward the information to the Administrative Bureau. That’s why when emailing your opposition to the Cc as well is very important. This is so we can make sure that Administration Bureau will get all of the emails in opposition to this.
