Tell the Sac City School Board to Postpone Calendar Changes to Allow for Real Input

Sac City administrators recently announced their intention to significantly change the academic calendar to a mid-August start date with virtually no input from students, parents or educators.

Such an important decision deserves real input from true stakeholders.

That’s why the Sacramento City Teachers Association have requested Sac City to postpone any change for 2019-20, to allow for real input through forums, surveys and other methods.

Sign the letter and ask Superintendent Jorge Aguilar and the Sac City School Board to give students, parents, and educators a voice in this critical decision.
