Coronavirus and racism are both public health threats that have led to economic instability and death. Structural racism has denied communities of color their rights to health security, voting, quality education, economic stability and justice. There must be a national commitment, especially from our elected leaders, to dismantle racist laws and policies. Demand they advance an agenda that protects civil and human rights and equal dignity for all.
