In November 2023, a book titled “Israel-Repairing the World” by Rabbi Stephen Wise was handed out to grade 7 students at St. Dominic Catholic Elementary School in Oakville. This book presents a clearly whitewashed narrative and promotes the State of Israel in a shockingly harmful manner. The distribution of this book—an obvious indoctrination attempt rooted in lazy talking points—is problematic and especially troubling given the ongoing crisis in Gaza.

Take a minute to send a letter voicing your concern to the Minister of Education, the School Administration and the School Board.

Demand an apology and an investigation into how this egregious act could have taken place, especially targeted towards children.
