The Chinook Nation continue to work towards federal acknowledgement and their Tribal Council is considering another Congressional Bill.

They need our help and ask that we write to our elected officials in Congress telling them that you give your full support to the Chinook Indian Nation and their efforts to clarify their federal status. Urge them to support a Bill to acknowledge the Chinook Indian Nation.

Please ask your friends, family and local businesses to write letters of support, urging Congress to do the right thing and support Chinook's recognition.
