After two years at the bargaining table, Columbia is still refusing to agree to a fair contract for graduate workers. Last Spring, we voted 96% YES to authorize the bargaining committee to call a strike if needed. We stand behind our mandate and have set a strike date of March 15. We are hopeful Columbia will agree to a fair contract before then - but we cannot wait any longer.
