Urge your Representatives to cosponsor the Yemen War Powers Resolution!

While running for office, President Biden vowed to bring the US involvement in the Yemen war to an end yet the US is still giving billions of dollars worth of weapons and military contracts to the Saudi-led coalition propping up the war effort.

The ongoing seven-year war in Yemen, which is known today as the world's worst humanitarian tragedy, has cost hundreds of thousands of lives and put millions more people at risk of famine.

Now an end is possible; a historic War Powers Resolution has been introduced in the House as H.J. Res. 87. which can effectively withdraw U.S. support for the Saudi-UAE’s unauthorized bombardment on Yemen and alleviate suffering for the Yemeni people.

Urge your Representatives of the House to stand together and cosponsor a historic War Powers Resolution to end US involvement in the war in Yemen.  Taxpaying Americans cannot afford to send any more funds to the Saudi-UAE coalition’s murderous war on Yemen.
