Demand That The UN CRDP is Incorporated into UK Law!

Disabled activists have been fighting for decades against our institutionalisation, isolation and deprivation – it's time the world started to listen. The UK government will be facing the United Nations for violating Disabled people’s rights. For our voices to truly be heard, we need to ensure MPs feel the pressure of our 14 million voices, all demanding the United Nations Convention for the Rights of Disabled People is incorporated into UK law.

Note: We refer to the convention as the Convention on the Rights of Disabled People (CRDP) rather than the given name - Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities (CRPD) - as we follow the social model of disability. The convention allows us to do this.
