Tell the Utilities and Transportation Commission to deny the requested rate increase for recovering construction costs of the Tacoma Liquefied Natural Gas refinery!

The Puyallup Tribe and Earthjustice are still appealing the permits for this controversial facility in court.

Residential customers should not have to pay for a facility mainly used to supply maritime fuel. Especially when many people are already struggling to pay their bills.

We are in a climate crisis and should not be forced to continue reimbursing utilities that build new fossil fuel infrastructure. They should be investing in renewable energy, storage capacity, and efficiency upgrades.
