Do not let College Board & ACT sell our children's data!

A bill has been introduced in both houses of the NY State Legislature, S.6624/ A. 7421, which would nullify the intent and language of Education Law §2-d, NY State’s landmark student privacy law. This bill would create a loophole for the College Board and ACT to continue making millions of dollars by selling student test scores and other personal data, which they acquire in a highly deceptive manner with dubious benefits to the students involved. Send a message to your legislators now to oppose these bills! For more information, check out our memo of opposition here.
