Enact the USVRA!
Mel Lindsey of Long Beach, California is a 90-year-old veteran of World War II and retired educator. He no longer believes that the United States government represents him.
Exercising his constitutional rights, he is petitioning his government for a redress of his grievances on behalf of every citizen of the United States.
As a remedy, Mel is demanding that his government enact the United States Voters' Rights Amendment as a Voter's Bill of Rights.
Mel is mailing his petition and his declaration to the President and Vice-President, every member of the House of Representatives and Senate, the justices of the Supreme Court, every cabinet member, the Governor and Lieutenant Government of California, his state assembly and senate representatives, and the Long Beach City Council.
