For months now, Fulton County employees have been raising awareness about a staffing crisis in the county. This crisis threatens the delivery of vital services the public relies on. Since county employment is viewed unfavorably, many positions are going unfilled, workers are leaving for higher paying jobs and those left behind are struggling to meet the needs of the public.
