Our priority must be housing people, not endless encampment evictions that cost our city hundreds of thousands of dollars and filling empty lots with concrete rubble. Council Member Robin Wonsley is amending the 2025 City Budget to fund Emergency Housing with wraparound social services for our unhoused neighbors in partnership with other government agencies. Addiction treatment and mental health services are most successful when people are in stable housing.
