Fund Our Public Schools and Higher Education Campuses
The MTA is supporting amendments to the House budget to increase funding for preK-12 schools and our public higher education campuses, as well as other amendments to make needed policy changes. The more co-sponsors sign onto these amendments, the better our prospects will be. Please ask your state representative to support and co-sponsor these amendments. Act now. The budget debate is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 23.
