Support 21 homes and preserving LGBTQ+ history at the Grubstake Diner
Support 21 new homes and preserving a critical chapter of LGBTQI+ history on the Polk Street corridor.
The project has secured its planning approvals, but some next-door residents have filed a meritless appeal of the environmental findings. We need your help to show that the project has support and that neighbors should not use environmental processes to slow down a project with no significant environmental impacts.
You can also provide public testimony in support of the project at the virtual Board of Supervisor hearing on Tuesday, October 5, at 3:00 pm. To receive more information about the hearing or get more information about the project, please contact the owner of the Grubstake at sfgrubstake@gmail.com.
