• Guarantee improved and comprehensive disaster relief to ensure prompt, efficient, and effective relief during and after natural disasters;
• Grant Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands relief from crippling austerity protocols and tariff disparities;
• Provide debt forgiveness for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands;
• Grant full statehood or statehood-level rights and protections to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands so that their residents enjoy the same rights and protections as all other American citizens.
