AB 1080 is a bill that will phase out single-use plastics in California, a critical step in protecting the health of our environment and our communities.

AB 1080 establishes a framework that would reduce the waste generated by plastic packages and food ware in California by 75% by 2032 through source reduction, recycling, and composting.
