Christopher D. Kelley was killed by Topeka Police while experiencing a mental health crisis. Christopher served our country in the US Marine Corps and US Army. He was a proud father who loved being around family.

Our system failed him and now we must honor him with action. The City Council has failed to pass comprehensive measures to improve the safety of citizens and accountability measures for police.
