Hello and thank you for taking the time to support our efforts!

The workers at JFS are hard working and caring people. We're therapists, diagnosticians, case workers for older adults, food pantry workers and drivers, administrative professionals, and child safety professionals. As we've talked to coworkers about their experience at JFS, one thing has been said over and over again: "I love what I do, but the workplace is terrible".  

We're fighting to get a say in our working conditions, so that we can enjoy the work we love without feeling overworked, underpaid, unsafe, insecure, fearful, and disrespected. There is a lot more to say about this, but for now we are looking for community support to show our CEO that people outside of JFS care about this too!
