The VOICES Coalition is organizing a Virtual Hearing on FERC's Abuses of Power and Law that will be held on September 23 from 10 - 4. We are urging members of Congress to attend and we're asking for your help by sending them an invitation. They'll hear stories of experts, advocates & people directly impacted by FERC’s actions, including granting pipeline companies the power of eminent domain for private gain, using tolling orders to keep pipeline opponents in legal limbo, and refusing to take into consideration the climate impacts of the shale gas infrastructure projects they approve.
