Please send a letter to urge Governor Gavin Newsom to sign in to law the Tenants’ Due Process Rights legislation (Assembly Bill 2347) sponsored by Assembly Member Ash Kalra and approved by the California Assembly and Senate.  

Governor Newsom's signature would provide tenants with a meaningful amount of time to respond to an eviction notice so they can better exercise their rights.

Send a letter urging Governor Newsom keep Californian's housed by making sure tenants get their day in court.
