In 2014-2016, PATH worked with the County Executive and County Council to win 1000 units of affordable housing and a new library in the redevelopment of Downtown Columbia.

The Council will be deciding in May whether or not to support the important next piece of this development--a world class library on the Columbia Lakefront, and 240 new units of housing, including 120 units of housing that will be affordable to teachers, seniors, and others who live and work in Howard County.
