Tenants are in crisis. Some state legislation being discussed right now can help stabilize us and keep us housed.

SB 611 will lower the rent caps statewide. Not as low as we want them, but enough that it may help some people stay in their homes. It will also shrink the new building exemption from 15 years to 3 years.
