Triangle DSA’s No Appetite For Apartheid Campaign is asking Bean Traders to stop using Sabra hummus in their hummus sandwich. We’ve tried speaking with the owners in person and contacting them via email. They have ignored our requests to meet with them to discuss a replacement hummus, and we have confirmed at the store that they still use Sabra.

Why Sabra? Sabra has been a target of the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement for years because of its financial support of the Israeli military.

How can you help? Tell Bean Traders that you support dropping Sabra and divesting from apartheid!

Ending the use of Sabra hummus in one coffee shop won’t end Israeli apartheid overnight. But it’s such an easy change—why not make it? Bean Traders has nothing to lose by divesting from Sabra, but they can gain the respect (and business!) of our vast community of Palestine supporters.
