Senate Bill 303, is overall a dangerous bill that will change the relationship that the state has with its citizens and the businesses that West Virginia citizens are affiliated with. If this bill passes, we as a collective will not be able to work toward plastic freedom, reduction, or even be able to help reduce our city's carbon footprint.

Additionally, this bill will take the power away from competitive salaries and will enact statewide mandated wage uniformity. This bill will limit your right to access the free market of opening a small business with competitive wages. This bill attacks the right of local government entities to enact fair labor standards and increase minimum wage laws, and citizens' constitutional rights to strike, organize and demand such.
