Paid Parental Leave Matters!

Paid parental leave gives new parents the time and ability to be there at the start of their baby's life - a tremendously formative time. It's also smart for businesses to offer; Employees with access to paid leave are 22 percentage points more like to recommend their job to a friend than those without, opening up new networks of opportunity to recruit talent. Parental leave helps with retention too.

All of these make it critical to keep paid parental leave for teachers in SB 146. Will you let lawmakers know that you support the inclusion of childbirth recovery and parental leave time in this bill?
